Lifestyle Indoor Family Session | Miller Family
These photos were taken during The Ordinary Workshop that I helped teach with Kelsey Schwenk of Kelsey and Nate. During our time with this family each of the attendees had an opportunity to work with the family, alone. They each got their chance to pose the family, talk with the family, photograph the family in the way that suit them. They each had their own time. During that time nobody else was shooting, in fact nobody else was even watching. Kelsey or myself were their if they wanted a pointer or needed help but for the most part we stood back and let them have their chance. An opportunity to capture a family with their own eye, their own posing, telling their own story. Only after the attendees took their opportunity to shoot, did Kelsey and I step in to take a few images ourselves.Coming away from the workshop we all learned. The attendees walked away with a firm grasp on shooting film, posing and capturing families and couples, and Kelsey and I walked away amped for future workshops and ways to make it even better in the future. We are so excited for whats coming next and the amazing people we will be teaming up with. It's gonna be so rad.
